释迦摩尼：你眼中的你，不是真的你，别人眼中的你也不是真的你，你眼中的别人才是真的你。
你自己看自己的时候，那是主观的。而别人看你的时候是他的这个内心的投射的他自己。所以别人看你也不重要，也是主观的。别人怎么看你不重要，那是看他看他自己。但是你眼中的别人那个才是你内心的投影出来的精神。所以你眼中的别人其实就是你的人格阴影。所以才说你眼中的别人才是真的。你所以在众生眼里，佛是众生，在佛的眼里，众生就是佛。
“Buddha Shakyamuni: The you in your eyes is not the real you, and the you in others’ eyes is not the real you either. The others in your eyes are the real you.
When you see yourself, it’s subjective. When others see you, it’s a projection of their own inner selves. Therefore, how others see you is not important; it is also subjective. How others see you reflects how they see themselves. But the others in your eyes are the projection of your own spirit. So the others in your eyes are actually your shadow self. That’s why it is said that the others in your eyes are the real you. Hence, in the eyes of all beings, the Buddha is a being; in the eyes of the Buddha, all beings are Buddha.”
